Terms for Maptun Account
Maptun Account is Maptun Performance AB's ("Maptun") way of providing service and simplified administration for its customers by providing personalized offers tailored to the account holder, saving information about you and your purchases, as well as offering easier management of new purchases. To register as an Account Holder ("Account Holder", "You"), you need to agree to these Account Holder Terms. For companies, the term "Account Holder" refers to both the company and its representatives.
Requirements for Maptun Account
Physical persons who are at least 18 years old and companies can register as Account Holders to Maptun Account. Registration requires a permanent address and e-mail address. The account holdings for individuals are personal and may not be transferred to anyone else.
It is free of charge to become Account Holder for Maptun Account.

Termination of Maptun Account
Maptun may terminate your Maptun Account and invalidate any discounts and offers in the event of abuse, other improper conduct or if Maptun otherwise considers it necessary due to improper use of the account without incurring any liability and without notice in advance. Misuse refers to, among other things, breach of these terms, fraud or fraudulent searches, as well as counterfeiting, alteration, sale or unauthorized transfer of documents, such as discount codes or vouchers, to another person. Maptun informs you in writing of the termination of the account holder, the reason for termination and possible cancellation of offers and discounts.
You can cancel your Maptun Account at any time by contacting Maptun's customer service or via the link under "My Account". Contact information can be found at the bottom of these terms.
You as Account Holder are required to notify Maptun's Customer Service of any name and address changes. You as Account Holder will keep you informed of any changes to these Maptun Account terms. Information about changes can be found on Maptun's website.
Maptun reserves the right to terminate a Maptun Account with incorrect contact information, unless the Account Holder has notified his new contact details within 12 months of the change of contact information.
Duration of terms
Your Maptun Account agreement is valid until further notice. If you have not been active in your Maptun Account by signing in, visiting any of our sites or clicking any of the links we sent to you and your last registered purchase took place over 24 months ago, we may terminate your Maptun Account.

Personal offers and promotion
Maptun sends information to you about Maptun and personal offers via newsletter / email, SMS / MMS, phone and physical mail. Offers and promotions to you are tailored to your information, habits and your purchase behavior to ensure that you receive relevant information and offers from us that are of interest to you. Information about using our web, which of our products, services and offers you have been interested in, which of our newsletters you interacted with and which of your events you signed up with, information about your purchases and information about your account holdings are analyzed to be able to provide you with offers that we think fit you and invite you to events we think you would like to go on.
You are entitled to discourage your data from direct marketing by contacting Maptun at any time. Contact information can be found at the bottom of these terms.
As Account Holder, you can easily choose which of Maptun's newsletters you want to subscribe to. Settings for this can be done under My account when you log in.
As Account Holder you have the opportunity to write reviews and make recommendations of products in Maptun's assortment. Submitted product reviews may be used in marketing where we refer to the Account Holder's signature and city / country.
Adaptation of benefits and offers
Maptun have the right to give different Account Holder different benefits and offers. This means that Maptun is not required to give the same benefits to all Account Holders. Different benefits can be given, for example, to Account Holder with certain purchase patterns, certain purchase volume, or Account Holder who lives within a particular geographical area.
Force Majeure events and responsibilities
Maptun is not responsible for damage caused by law enforcement, government action, war event or similar. This also applies to strike, blockade, boycott and lockout, even when Maptun itself takes or is subject to it. In normal cases, Maptun is not obliged to pay damages in other cases and, in the event of gross negligence or intent, under no circumstances indirect damage, unless required by law.
Changes to the Terms
These Maptun Account terms apply in the form as they are published on Maptun's website. Maptun is entitled at any time to make changes to Maptun Accounts, these terms, or the way in which offers are made or provided.
If the Maptun Account terms change, the changes will be published on Maptun's website. Changes to Maptun Account Terms and Conditions will enter into force no earlier than 30 days after Maptun has informed of the changes on Maptun's website. Upon publication of changed terms, Maptun will inform you of the changes when these come into force and the reasons for the changes. An Account Holder who does not accept the updated Terms may terminate its Maptun Account with immediate effect.
In addition to mandatory legislation, Maptun shall not be liable for any losses (including loss of benefits or inferior benefits) as a result of changes to these terms, and Maptun is also under no obligation to replace Account Holder or third party for such losses.
Applicability of the terms
These terms do not control any purchases made in any of Maptun's online stores or physical stores / workshops. The account holder must always inform and follow Maptun's general terms of purchase, unless otherwise expressly stated in these terms. Applicable terms of purchase are available on Maptun's website.
Any dispute relating to Maptun Account which has not been settled by agreement between the parties shall be settled by Swedish law and by the Swedish court. The account holder may, in order to settle the dispute out of court, contact the General Complaints Board with address Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, www.arn.se , in so far as the Board is authorized to review the matter.
